If you upgraded via VOLT it takes 14 days for VM to activate this.
Otherwise try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below, to force an update;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible.
Failing this phone in to get VM to send the correct config file, or wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

Hello Matsmad
Sorry to hear of the broadbadn speed confusion following your recent change to Volt, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
It's been a few days since your post, is this something you still require assistance with? We do have some support here and as Adduxi has advised it can take up to 14 days for the Volt benefits to be applied to a Virgin Media account.
