1GB Service, but not 1GB speed

Hello

Just been checking my speed and it seems I'm not getting 1GB, What should I check to make sure things are ok my end?

You could try using the official speed test for 1Gig customers 

https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/

That test requires hub to be in router mode, ni e is in modem mode with a edge router controlling my lan setup.

So cannot run as far as I can tell

That would be the first step.  Pinhole reset, disconnect all ethernets and try https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ as above.

I have checked your power levels and your stats all looks fine. Have you run the test as advised by @jb66? And followed @Richw1982 advice on how to do this?

Unfortunately it reports this service is not available for that network,

Samknows Realspeed only works when the Hub is in Router mode, as it's communicates using a built in Samknows client in the Hub's firmware.
