1GB Broadband Availability in Poole/Bournemouth Area

Hello

I saw an annoucement at the start of August advising 1Gig Broadband was available in the Poole/Bournemouth area  https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2021/08/virgin-media-switch-on-1gbps-broadband-for-1-5-million...

Am an existing customer but when i try and order either via phone or webchat i am told it is “not available” in my area

i also spoke to a VM engineer at my neighbours property who also told me it was now enabled/live in the area and he had installed a number of this speed.

Any idea how i can resolve or who i can contact at VM
