Surely it's time for a class action lawsuit.
It's so obvious that the problem is with their core network being over subscribed.
We are getting ripped off big time.

I've taken a look at the traffic fault and this has been closed as resolved.

I'm getting random packet loss and internet drop outs now
I wonder what Virgin would say if all there customers said we are only going to pay 10% of our monthly bill, and that would be to much compared what we are getting from them
yup internet is unusable atm
