Hi andycowl, 

 

Thanks for getting in touch, it is actually the way the software we post from spaces. I space once on the software and for some reason it spaces twice for us.

 

I know it does look a little strange, I really need to get out of the habit of spacing once but it is hard as obviously that is how you would naturally write Smiley Happy

 

It is not on purpose I promise!

They probably post with Rich text set as default rather than HTML

I think I will move on to BT. Perhaps they will offer better service. I reckon 3 years with Virgin Media is enough.

My package is "VIVID 152"

Offpeak, it runs around 130Mb/s with sub 20ms pings to anything in London but for the last two months, from mid-afternoon to midnight, it's around 1Mb/s with pings over 250ms. This means no YouTube, no Amazon Video, no online games, slow loading of all web pages (6 or 7 seconds to load BBC News).

This connection speed is really poor. I've done a factory reset of the SuperHub, and have it running in Modem mode, there are no WiFi devices connected, and this is the speed test from a respectably fast PC with a gigabit wired connection directly to the SuperHub:

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I'm sorry to confirm there is a fault in your area. The fault ref is: F004886923 and it's due for review on the 30th April. This fault is known for reducing speeds, especially during peak time hours.
