Re: 100mb/s speed appauling during peak times

Make a formal complaint with VM, after 8 weeks if its not resolved take it to CISAS, follow my simple guide to make it easier, I see you have most of the evidence to make a case with CISAS.

Hit them in their pocket not yours.

Good luck

Re: 100mb/s speed appauling during peak times

Hey halo123,

Thanks for getting in touch, hope you're well Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear your problems are on-going, I appreciate it's frustrating.

I can see that fault: F004912966 is still present in your area and will be getting reviewed on the 18th Jan.

Would you please post back on or after the 18th for an update.

Thanks for your patience,

Take care.

Re: 100mb/s speed appauling during peak times

Completely OT but this has bothered me for a while.

Why do (some) VM support staff insist on double spacing ? It's bloody irritating. In this thread, Emma_E and Heather_J are guilty as charged.

Why ?

Is it to distinguish their posts from mere mortals (customers) who just type words and delimit paragraphs with a carriage return ?

Or is their 'CR' key surreptitiously programmed by senior VM management ?

Or are they just so eager to help they can't help themselves as they bang out their responses ?

Or do they have a Firefox plugin or Chrome extension that enforces this use of extra whitespace without their knowledge ?

Why ?

Enquiring minds need to be told.
