yeah so i called them up and said it'll be fixed in June and to make up for it the gave me 10 quid off my bill. So I have unusable internet till june for 10 quid off, beyond a joke now.

almost nearly 4 months now and nothings changed, woop. also looks like youtube is now throttled during peak times \o/

lets upgrade everyones internet for free when we can't even maintain our current speeds!

I have to say virgin media is hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. I will be sending a formal complaint to ofcom as it's completely unacceptable to have such a ridiculous low speed for nearly an entire year.
