I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F005504077 for SNR and FECS (noise on the line) the current review date is 15/09/2017. 

 

I will keep an eye on this for you and will let you know as soon as I know more.

Just a quick update, I have taken a look and fault ref F005504077 is still ongoing, the engineers are continuing to work on this. The current review date is 20/09/2017. 

 

Please give this thread a bump closer to the time as I will be out of office for a few days.

I'm still getting slow speeds and packetloss during peak times: http://www.speedtest.net/result/6859399355.png upload speed can't even reach 0.3

Sorry I am not sure if you are already aware of it or not but there is a known issue in the area with high peak time traffic and this may impact your speeds ref F005772522 raised in November with a review date of 09 MAY 2018, I have updated your account so if we have your correct mobile details you will hopefully receive SMS updates. It looks like we also had a few problems in the area with intermittent upstream noise so this may have impacted upstream performance, eg packet loss, this seems to be much better now. Please accept our apologies both issues.
