1 gig only getting 600

so until a few days ago i was constantly getting 940 as my download speed, no matter what i try now it struggles to hit 600.

i have reset the network, tried modem mode on and off with my asus router and same result.

any suggestions please

by reset the network do you mean reset the hub - if not do that

try the hub only in modem mode with jus a pc connected to it

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have gone from getting 940 MB to not reaching 600, I have had a look our end and cannot see any issues at all, everything is in the green, I can see you have rebooted recently, have you tried what Tony advised, how are things now?
