My website is clean and free of any viruses and malwares.

Can anybody review my website: www.scolexrobot.com.

Kind regards,

Hello

What happens when somebody access the website what is the error page they get.

You can request whitelisting at https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/websafe/feedback

II have made the request for you, can take upto 10 working days to investigate and remove the block.

Regards Mike

Hello

Thank you for your reply.

I tested the website to some of my friends VM.  2 out of 10 can access the website without any problem.

My host said that they already requested a delisting and also requested for whitelisting. I don't know where they did the request.

I will submit a request for the websafe to review my website.

Thank you for your help Mike

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.

I am able to access the website provided using VM services.

Are you able to advise the error message your customers are getting when trying to access the website?

Kind regards,

Hi Harry,

No problems loading the site using my VM connection. however the pink background with white text is hard on the eyes and difficult to read.
