"your Virgin Media internet is slow"

Tuning in

I just got a landline call from [Removed] claiming to be Virgin Media reporting that monitoring had spotted my internet speeds fluctuating.

That number doesn't appear on any phishing suspect lists, but at the same time, it struck as odd.  Before I could get the nice Asian lady to give more context, she cleared-down.

Definitely NOT VM. They will never call customers about service problems. Caller ID is practically useless as it’s so easy to spoof the number.
