hacked orphan ntlworld email account

My orphan ntlworld email address has been hacked and used to order game codes on ebay.

I am now locked out of the email account, although can still see it on my linked gmail inbox.

Any advice as to how to re-gain access to the account??

Have changed ebay password etc, but want to check what else is still going to the hacked ntlworld account.
