I keep gettin constant phone calls from Virgin (apparently) trying to tell me there is a fault on my router, they ask how many lights are flashing on it and whether I'm connected to a laptop or computer, whenever I say none and no they just hang up? Anyone else have this problem? I'm not having any problems with my broadband myself at home that's why I'm a bit dubious about the call.
Again also happening to me, they hang up if you ask them your customer reference number( i know those wont be given out). Even got a call while posting this. Will virgin media please contact the relevant authorities as these phone calls are interrupting my sleep pattern.
