Hi , just realised my child safe is no longer working, everytime I enable it , it disables it self. Ive lost all the websites I had blocked aswell .
any ideas? I can access anything online now and I'm trying to keep my kids protected and can't!?

I can see that Natalie raised an IT ticket for this when you last spoke. I have checked this for an update this morning and it looks as though this is still being looked at.

Hello,
This still hasnt been resolved after a month !! i telephoned yesterday to support and said they would call me back later and never did.
Can someone please put this to high priority, i purchased virgin broadband because of the child safe tools, and i havent had them working for over a month!!?
