You have only provided part of an email address. Adding a .com to the above would be an address used by VM to send out notifications of monthly billing.

You haven't provided too much information and your reason for posting. You would need to satisfy yourself you were actually receiving email from a genuine VM address and not a spoofed one or one designed to look similar.

What does the email say? Are you able to screen shot the email and add it to the thread? Please keep in mind to delete or cover any personal information in the screenshot.
