Good morning . I cannot get into the web safe settings on my virgin account to activate child safe . It keeps jumping back to the main page asking for £3 per month for extra security. I just want to turn on childsafe . Any help would be much appreciated . Thank you

Where it should be on https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/websafe/settings

Im having the same issues, when I try and access Web Safe I loop back around to this page: https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/toolkit

Ive tried using the direct links that a few folk have posted but the end up sending me back to the same url as above.

Can you advise?

I got a response on Private Message but they were unable to activate it so I can customise it, Admin said the could simply put Child Safe or Virus Safe on - apparently the engineers are trying to fix this but there is no exact time as to when the end customer can access this feature if you are looping!

I wasn't risking adding anything to my account which I couldn't control, given turnaround times with VM.
