I can not get websafe/child safe to work on any device. I’ve called VirginMedia several times and they have not been able to help. It shows that it is ‘on’ but doesn’t block any websites at all. I’ve had technical support try and help but unfortunately the language barrier and me being pretty useless with IT I had no idea what they were trying to tell me to do.

Are you using your own router or just the VM hub on its own?

We are using the VM Hub5. We had the VM Hub 3 before that and same problem with both hubs.
