Hi, my son has an iPhone which will not connect to the WiFi, ive done everything that I've read, eg changing security settings on the hub but still not able to connect. He can't even use the phone on 4G. Anybody have any suggestions please?

I do not have Apple devices, only know about the issue here as common so cannot help anymore than point towards that stickie.

Apart from looking in the forum Stickies or using Search!

Hi, if the phone is not connecting to WiFi or mobile data, have you tried resetting the network settings on the phone?  Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
