Virgin connect

I am trying to connect to my hub 3 and typically it is saying settings password is incorrect. It's on the bottom of the box so how can it be incorrect. I'm getting sick and tired of virgin crap apps that never work. I am using the virgin connect app.

Sorry to hear you're struggling to connect to your Hub 3 due to a password problem.

 

Are you still having problems connecting since you last posted?

 

If so, have you manually changed your WiFi password since you got the Hub 3?
