Hi There,
I've received an email twice now from Virgin Media with this heading.
When I received the first email, I provided a full system scan (Norton 360) on my desktop and it was free of any threats. I then changed my password.
Today I received another email with the same message, but the reference was different.
Is this kosher?
Is is a fault on behalf of Virgin Media?
