Today, I found an entry on my bank statement for a first payment to virgin mobile of £21 that was due to go out at the end of the month. I called my bank and cancelled the direct debit but was wondering if anyone else has seen this before?

It's really worrying to hear of the requested payment for something you are unaware of, we can understand the concern this can cause and we appreciate you raising this via the forums. Welcome to the community.

 

Can you confirm if you have any services with us? Either Virgin Media or Virgin Mobile? Have you made any enquiries in regards to a mobile phone or tariff?
