Unable to reset password

unable to reset password.

I have tried various combinations of letters and numbers from 6 to 16 characters and numbers all are returned as invalid. So I know it’s not the password that is at fault.

password example : A1r0plan322

i have tried requesting the link again - makes no difference.

I have tried on my laptop and on 2 different phones -  no difference

i have also tried using different browsers to open the link - no difference

i have also look at various forum pages regarding this issue and no one really has an answer to it.

But I need access to my account so I need a solution.

Ha just like other posts on various forums wait 30 minutes and then the link suddenly starts working.

Come on Virgin that’s not how it’s meant to work!!!
