Unable to access Online Security settings even app or web

As stated in this article here, you should be able manage the parental control settings for your family in the "Account Settings" section of My Virgin Media.

Is the option for "Online security" simply not showing?

yes,i tryed edge and chome and vrigin media app

 same not show online security in account settings
