Text received from virgin

Good morning,

I' m Virgin customer. My contract is going to finish at the end of the week and I gave already 30 days notice to Virgin.

I received a text and a mail from Virgin about a very good deal for me. There is a link where to go and put my details, but when I do it, they said they can't recognise my details.

Any ideas how can I do? Tried to ring virgin but they said that text and mail come from outbound team.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our forums page. 

Very sorry to hear you are having issues trying to accept this offer. Are you able to log in to your online account with the details you are using? If you can't, please can you double  check the details or go through the 'forgotten username and password link' to change your details and try again to log in through the link please?
