I have just received a third call from people claiming to be from Virgin Media regarding the phone switch over.
They state that they need me to book an appointment for an engineer to come and perform the switchover. The first two calls I made it very clear to them that I didn't believe they were who they said they were. I also explained that I already had everything I needed for the switch over and that I don't need an engineer's help to plug a dongle into my Hub.
The third call I just hung up the phone.
Is this a known scam?
