Security password letter

Hi, I have forgotten my security password needed when I contact the virgin media staff and did not have the information to complete the additional security tests. I was told that a letter would be sent to inform me of my security password in 3-5 working days but it has not arrived with this timeframe. I was wondering if there was any other way to recover my password?

I'm sorry for the delay in getting this resolved for you. 

I have been able to locate your account and what I will do is private message you so we can look into this.
