Scam email?

Hello, I received emails recently about broadband issues, which I have had.  The latter provided a link to book an engineer, they seemed genuine and I clicked on link to try and book engineer but didn't, however, have seen reports of a few virgin media scam emails and am really worried.  It was from this email address healthcheck@account.virginmedia.co.uk

Is this a genuine email account?
