Safe website being blocked

I have been informed Virgin Web Safe is blocking my website because of previously reported phishing attempts from an old version published in error several months ago (and taken down almost immediately) when I was just starting to design it. I finally published my website yesterday and am being told by friends it is blocked by Virgin Web Safe. I have spoken with my web host to confirm my SSL certificate is active and that there is no malware or suspicious activity on the site. How can I report my site as safe with Virgin, please?

If you are a Virgin Media customer report it here Report a website or emailing websafefeedback@​virginmedia.co.uk.

BTW should further help be sought here then it would be useful to know whether the block was by Child Safe or Virus Safe and the website's URL
