Foolishly, when my new neighbour moved in, he asked me if he could borrow our wifi whilst his got connected. Like an idiot I said yes. Now something seems to have changed . I used to be able to switch between 2.4G & 5G. Now I only have a generic signal . How can I get back this feature and make it secure again ?

log into the hub 192.168.0.1 and go to wifi security and change your wifi passwords - then split the band - that will give you both bands and lock your neighbour out 

if you gave him the router log in password change that also
