Router logs - Hub 3.0

Hi 

Silly question but need to ask before i sit here for hours trying to access.

Basically ive forgotton hub router password. Yet i need access to some old logs.

If i reset do all the logs disappear?

I really dont want to waste next few days guessing old passwords 🤯

Hello

I am afraid that if you reset the hub everything is removed even the log files.

I was hoping there would be some secret usb port in the case that i could access.

Hi Marty771,

A warm welcome and thanks a posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you forgotten your password to your router. As our valued member @DJ_Shadow1966 has already advised, Unfortunately, resetting your hub will delete all logs and bring your hub back to factory settings.

We do apologise that there is no workaround to this.
