Six weeks is a long while to wait till the calls stops when the calls are twice a day or more. It's never been as persistent as this - and both on mobile and home phone. Getting really annoying because even when you tell them they have phoned 10 times this week they still try and flog the offers.

I know Virgin have always advised it can take six weeks for marketing to stop, but I believe now the rules have changed - they have to stop them within 28days 😋

Even 28 days is unacceptable - when you reject an offer that should be the last time that offer is flogged to you - not three times the following day.

The behaviour of Virgin Media marketing is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Disgusting in fact.
