Repeat phone calls about cable upgrades

Is it legitimate?

I keep getting calls purporting to be from Virgin about a cable upgrade. Sounds like a scam to me as I've had no other communication on the subject. True or false, I've told them to email me but of course I've had nothing.

Maybe they didn't get too far with me, if someone is really doing me a favour I still look at it like someone is trying to sell me a dead horse.

Now as a general rule, companies, never, ever, do favours!

So if it all sounds a bit dodgy and too good to be true, then it absolutely is!

I'm sorry to hear of this happening, do you have the number that you were called from, I would be able to check if it was from a legitimate number.

Also, if you dont want to get such calls from our team, you can opt out of getting marketing calls on your online account.
