Hi Expopcorn, 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're still having the same issues. 

It doesn't look as though this was ever raised as you failed to come back to us after my colleague asked some additional questions. 
We've also not had reports of this being a wide spread issue and when trying to replicate at this end, the link is working fine. Can you explain in detail, what steps you're taking as well as what point the link is looping you back round so we can help understand this further?
