Websafe settings not working

Why is this marked at solved.... 2 years later this problem still persists... tried using websafe today, blocking specific websites, those websites are still able to be accessed... this tool is useless and does not work

• from the same device on which Web Safe does not work go to 1.1.1.1 — the Internet’s Fastest, Privacy-First DNS Resolver
• What value is reported for AS Name, as highlighted below:
  

If the AS Name value is not Virgin Media then the issue is due to the device or network not being set to use Virgin Media's DNS.
