This shows whenever I attempt to sign into my WiFi, the router itself is green and has a flashing green light. Is this an attack or is this legit?

i assume its a hub3 - it means you are not connected to VM's network - the green lights confirm that - is this a new [self] install if so you need a tech to sort it - if you have had working BB then its a fault - it may clear or may need reporting - check the service status page and also here there is also a Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level
