Please White List My Website

I run Tai Chi classes in the Hartlepool area and have built and I am hosting a website for our group. I have secured the website with SSL and for some reason when I am connected to my or my father's virgin connection the website is being blocked. Who do I ask for it to be whitelisted?

It is shentaichiacademy.co.uk and also aliased to www.shentaichiacademy.co.uk

I am a professional web developer and work for a local creative company.

As far as I can see the website is not being blocked by Virgin Media:

What error message are you seeing?

Hi @criptopus  and @用心棒

I tried accessing your site using my VM residentiial connection and was unable to connect.

I don't use websafe so that didn't prevent the access.

Using Chrome I see the emssage www.shentaichiacademy.co.uk redirected you too many times.

traceroute on my PC appeared to work OK

Using https://who.is/tools/  showed no problems.

https://whois.domaintools.com/shentaichiacademy.co.uk  however shows a  500 Can't connect to 82.24.160.250:80 (connect: timeout)

The site loads fine using my vodafone (VM) mobile connection

Just to  confirm what @用心棒 has posted, not blocked for me either even with Child Safe turned on.

Might it be a local VM issue?

I'm based in Teesside, the same area as the website in question

Works fine from my VM connection in London, using 1.1.1.2/1.0.0.2 as DNS.

Hello criptopus, thank for you reaching and a warm welcome the community. I am sorry to hear that you cannot access this website.

We wouldn't block any websites at all unless we are stated to by the government or police.

I have also just tried this using a Virgin residential connection and it loaded perfectly fine for and I can navigate around the website no issues at all.

Are you using anything such as virus protection, pop up blocked etc?

Have you also tried accessing it on a different device / browser whilst connected to the WIFI? Thanks
