I tried to report a phishing email by emailing email@example.com but the mail was returned as undeliverable. I then tried to contact VM via the contact link on the website but this generated an error every time I tried. Not very responsible in this security sensitive age. Anybody else experience similar?
Was the reason for the email being undeliverable given as Spam Content Found?
Yes ― then Virgin Media's spam filters have already been updated to flag these message as spam. If these spam messages continue to arrive in your Inbox then check your Spam Settings ; default setting is Move message to Spam folder
