Phishing email received today

I received this email this morning. I was almost convinced except for the use of the word "moot"

We are glad to inform you that virgin media is switching to new mail security standards. The new update might cause a moot of incoming mail. Our system requires further account verification for new updating ".To Verify Your Account Please Click on  [removed] here.

Forward to phishing@virginmedia.com and delete; if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
