Password

Can some one please help as need to amend account and am waiting for reply? The system won’t recognise my correct billing details when changing password. This is my second post!

don't create multiple threads about the same problem. Its against the forum rules and delays the reply for you and others

This type of issue will need involvement from VM Forum Team staff.  They normally respond within one to two days from the initial post.  As this is a Bank Holiday the response times may be longer.

Your alternative is to try the telephone support route.

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your password at the moment. Are you trying to create your online account or are you having issues with an account that you have already created and been using?
