Hi, I am unable to reset my password despite using the correct details for email address. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with your password reset.

 

Could you confirm which password you are having issues with please? for example your My Virgin Media account or your email account log in?

 

Also, could you please let me know if you're still an active broadband customer of ours please?
