Password reset failed

Hi, I have been trying to login to my VM account, but it does not recognise the password. I know the password is correct as my mail client is using the same password to retrieve my email and that works fine. I've done the usual stuff such as checking my caps lock isn't on and both typed it and also copied it from a password manager, but nothing works. I did try to reset my password to gain access but I keep getting an error of DEF01 coming up and won’t let me do it. 

Can anyone help with this please?
