I posted a question on one of the Boards. An adviser came back and asked me for my VM account number, full name, whether I am the account holder, and certain numbers from my password. I gave these but he said the password info was wrong. I am not clear which password he means - I used my Virgin Media account password. Does he mean this, or does he mean my Virgin Media community password? I can't get a straight, clear answer from him.

He is asking for characters from your customer verification passphrase that would been chosen by you when the Virgin Media account was set up. This should be printed on your welcome letter. Some people refer to it as your memorable word.
