Hi,
Any advice would be greatly appreciated here as I am at a loss on what to do.
A name change was completed on my account last year (or so I thought) but I just received a bill from a bailiffs company demanding £193.
I don’t know the account password anymore and cannot get hold of the new account holder. Therefore I cannot speak with customer service as they won’t let me in without current password.
I would like to know how I can get my name and email address off the account. I haven’t lived at the address since 2018 and also haven’t been paying any monthly bills. They have been debited from the other guys account who I am unable to get hold of.
Any advice much appreciated.
