NTLWORLD email hacked

Hi I'm not a VM customer anymore and have old NTLWORLD email that I rarely use but sill have some things connected to it. 

Was hacked on Monday and unable to access account via Web to delete accoubt or change password. 

Can someone tell me how to delete account?
