Mobile fraud

Account hacked, have tried to resolve by telephone-unsuccessful. Fraud reported, reference number given. 

Chase up in 2 weeks-fraud not logged. Then told to provide an alternative number from the one I called on (I don’t have another contact number) so they can call me back to resolve the issue. 

Can’t reset email or username. 

How can I get this resolved?!

This is not the experience we want you to have with us. Can you confirm what has advised on the last call and when the form was sent to the fraud team?

Hi Chris,

I was advised that the form would be sent on the day of my second call which was one week ago. 

I was asked to give an alternative contact number despite telling the person at the call centre I didn’t have one. They said they needed a contact number so they could call back within 24rhs to help resolve the issue. In the end I gave my sister’s mobile number explaining that I wouldn’t be with her if they rang! 

She didn’t receive a call from them.

Not yet. 

I will chase it up again and see what’s going on with it. 

But it’s going to be frustrating if I have the same conversation again!
