Missed payment

Hello,

it says I’ve missed my payment this month but I have proof on my bank statement that I have paid you bill this month on the 3rd March. 

Can anyone help me. I cannot find an email or number to contact anyone to speak too.

Can you explain what 'it' is in this context.  Difficult to answer without a clear description of the issue.

Worth noting that there are many scam emails and texts doing the rounds claiming payments have been missed.
