So I can send sufficient details to our maintenance team, would you be able to provide a nearby building number or name for each cabinet? This will ensure we book in the right job if there are multiple cabinets on the same road. If you have any photos, that would also help speed things up but aren't vital.
I do apologise for the delay in getting back to you, I've been completely sidetracked this week by another project!!
I received an email from our maintenance team on Sunday to advise that both of these jobs are already logged with our contractors to resolve. However, they have escalated this for you to see if they can expedite the repairs.
I'm afraid it's likely that I won't receive any further information regarding these cabinets. The team have confirmed that they're booked in and have escalated the issue with the relevant team. There would be no need for anyone to get back in touch with me.
However, if you do find that this still hasn't been resolved after some time, you're welcome to drop us a line to chase them up again.
