Just received this email, I don't even know my landline number let alone use it and I my mobile is with O2. Assuming it's a scam!?

@HeatherRichards  Not easy to tell from the screen shot as it is too small to read the details.

VM and O2 have recently combined forces so it may relate to your O2 mobile account.

It refers to Multi Talk 75 which appears to be a VM landline package.
