Hi, I was wondering if Virgin media are actually aware of the ntlworld.com email system that's down and if they're working on fixing the problem, I haven't had email now for approximately 2 days but haven't reported it as yet thinking that someone will already have reported the problem and that the problem is being resolved, I thought I'd ask here before I start phoning them up and reporting, I didn't want to take up a call handlers time reporting something that's already in hand.

Thanks for taking the time to post about your issues in the Community. ⭐

I can see my colleague has already replied to your other thread here: Ntlworld.com imap password issue

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

Have a look at Carley's reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
