What sort of security are you referring to?

Your VM broadband connection has 'Web Safe' consisting of 'Child Safe' and 'Virus Safe'

Yes I am to replace mcfee etc

Windows Defender is built-in to Windows 10 and 11. Consider trying this first and if you find it is insufficient for your needs then look at other products.
